Re-seller Faqs

Who bills my customers? They are your clients, you bill them. You receive one integrated bill from Innovative Data Transfer every month detailing your costs which makes it easier for you to determine their billing rates.

Who handles tech support for my customers? All reseller clients handle all their own technical support matters pertaining to their "sub-clients." Obviously, matters which our clients can not handle such as setting up FTP accounts, creating domain name support, setting up ODBC datasources, etc. will be carried out by Innovative's technicians, but only at your request. At no time will we deal with your clients. Innovative Data Transfer must remain transparent to your clients.

What if my clients find out I am reselling your services? What is to prevent them from moving to you? Our resellers often provide something we can't - personalized, value-added services. Web hosting is actually a very low-margin business. It is the dedicated connections and programming services that pay the actual bills. What if one of my customers exceeds a set limit for a web hosting account? You are responsible for all your customers. If one of your customers exceeds a set limit, you will be billed for the excess service.
